Summary: ImportSignals does not collect personal data from website visitors beyond what is technically necessary to provide the service. Bot traffic is classified through BotConduct (botconduct.org). Anonymized bot signatures contribute to the cross-site conduct registry.
When you interact with @ImportSignalsVisualBot on Telegram, we collect the data you voluntarily provide (product photos, URLs, queries) to deliver the analysis service. We retain this data to maintain your catalog history while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
When you visit importsignals.com, we collect standard web server logs (IP address, User-Agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security monitoring and bot behavior analysis. Logs are retained for 14 days.
ImportSignals uses BotConduct (botconduct.org) for traffic classification. When automated traffic visits our site, behavioral signatures are processed by BotConduct to determine if the visitor is a legitimate bot, a verified AI agent, or hostile automated traffic. Anonymized bot signatures (via ip_hash transformation) contribute to the BotConduct cross-site conduct registry to improve detection across participating sites.
Human visitor data is classified as "human" and is not shared with the cross-site registry.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share individual visitor data with third parties. Anonymized bot behavioral signatures (no human data) contribute to the BotConduct cross-site conduct registry as described in section 1.3.
To delete your Telegram bot data, request access to your data, or any other privacy-related request, email ale@importsignals.com.
Data is stored on secured servers with TLS encryption, access controls, and standard security practices.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
